公海Gong High — Restaurant in Taichung

In Taichung, this place gets five stars. A great variety of drinks, including Taiwan Beer (which isn't commonly found in other bars) and the prices are very competitive with other bars in the city. They make nice and strong gin tonics. Also the staff is really friendly and welcoming. People are great but… They still allow indoor smoking… Why don’t they prohibit it in Taichung’s bars and clubs? I would love to walk into the party full of great perfume smells and beautiful clean people. Cigarette smell on my clothes and in to room really kills my romantic vibe. I wish they could change it. A small but crowded place.... You would be lucky if you get a seat here.... The menu is exciting and the food served is great..... People here are a tad on the nicer side...what else would you want being a foodie on travel....made some nice friends here..... A mustgo place if you're in town.

PS...you don't really have to know the native tongue... English would serve...
