My shoyu base tsukemen was a bit salty; if you’re not accustomed to the authentic Japanese taste, I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re new here and find it very salty, you can ask for clear broth to dilute your soup with. I have no problem with the saltiness of the broth because I know that’s just how it’s supposed to be. 這次是第一次來踩點,目標是把名單中的台中拉麵店都掃過一遍。
第一次來想點個經典一點的,看了一下菜單猜想這間店內應該是醬油,然而醬油還有重口味版的兩種,所以我就選了配料最豐富的特製版。
菜單上有註明可以選擇粗麵、細麵,叉燒可以選梅花肉和五花肉,這種選擇真的很得我心啊!選了我最愛的細麵和五花肉。
先說聲抱歉這碗拖稿這麼久才寫所以有些細節都忘了,不過記得湯和麵我都很滿意,最滿意的是那個肥滋滋的五花肉叉燒,是愛吃肥五花的我在台中最喜歡的,跟麵屋田宗的叉燒在我心中並列,但是不敢吃這麼肥的切記要點梅花肉啊!
然後隔了這麼久還記得要特別寫的是那個附加的餛飩!
那個餛飩我吃了一口差點笑出來,我打賭那是不到100公尺遠的向上市場那間「顏記肉包」分店他們賣的餛飩,顏記肉包的餛飩湯是我台中最愛的,所以這個餛飩我很熟悉,我大膽假設真的是顏記的,如果是我誤認就算我木舌頭吃不出來吧😂
當天店內外場兩個女店員好像都不是台灣人,中文說得沒有很流利,如果也都是日本人,加上老闆一間店總共三個日本人的情況相當罕見,我只有在台北的五之神看過這種情形。
這次的印象非常好(唯一一個雞蛋裡挑骨頭的小毛病是水杯有沒洗乾淨的油漬被我發現),所以隔一陣子再回台中有了後面的第二篇。
