Our recent experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. To start, we ordered a mango smoothie but received a berry whipped cream drink instead. After sending it back, the replacement was still incorrect—a lime slushie with no mango in sight. We decided to let it go and waited for our food, hoping for a better outcome.

My boyfriend ordered the "Pineapple Steak Salad" and asked the server where the steak was sourced from. She informed us it was from Australia. However, when the salad arrived, it was missing the pineapple entirely and was identical to the "side salad" on the menu.

When we mentioned the missing pineapple to the manager while paying the bill, her response was baffling. She offered to put the pineapple in a cup to go, which we found quite odd. Without any apology, she returned the 10% service fee, but the lack of accountability was disappointing.

The biggest issue is that none of the food or drinks matched what was advertised on the menu, leaving us confused as to how this restaurant has such a high rating.

That said, we want to acknowledge that our server was polite, apologetic, and friendly throughout the experience.

A nice little place that has an American theme going on. Americanize foods line the menu, from burgers, to chicken tenders to hotdogs. I got the beef and cheese quesadillas, with cheese egg, fries and spicy popcorn chicken nuggets. It was absolutely amazing! The wait staff was extremely friendly, spoke English enough that we could order ok. I also got there signature Hawaiian Fishbowl drink and it was soooo good! I hope to make it back before I leave the area and get more food that i saw on the menu. Outdoor seating is also available. Bathroom available to patrons. Went here the other day and was extremely disappointed. The food was bland yet very very very expensive, they ran out of french fries, took nearly 45 minutes to make a steak with vegetables and they don't accept card payment - they only take cash or bank transfer?!!!

I'd recommend the Burger Joint on Chongde Road much much much more, which is both better and has a more impressive menu.

On the plus side the wait staff do speak English and tried their best to accommodate us despite all their problems. The milkshakes are also really good. This branch should just become a milkshake shop
