Annie's House義式風味料理(餐廳) — Restaurant in Taichung

On occasional holidays, not many people come to dinner with their sisters. The service is good. There are several vegetarian dishes. They are made of custard. Add a set meal (including drinks or soup) if you are ordering a staple food. But I don't quite understand that pizza is not in the main meal. If you order pizza, there is no way to add a set meal oh!

The bread of the starter felt a little bit hard to bite off, while the soup of the starter was a little too salty. The waiter explained that the soup would be a little salty because the dishes in the back were light. If you don't have a strong taste, try it.

Restaurant environment because there are no people, the environment is spacious. There is no service charge, so help yourself.

Pasta is lighter and has a plain taste, making it harder to impress. Pizza is my favorite pizza. Give the pizza a higher score. I don't know if it's because of the ventilation, the whole body will smell of oil after dinner.

Not bad for the most...

The server didn't inform us that all the meals must be upgraded to set meals during the Lunar New Year. We needed to pay an additional 100...

食記： 今日餐點-紅醬辣味鯷魚義大利麵、四季鮮蔬嫩雞燉飯、烤布蕾。

鯷魚，本身有一特殊味道，搭配紅醬的微微酸甜與輕微辣的口感，再將芝麻葉拌進麵中，香味提升。吃進嘴中不膩口！ 辣味可以選擇（大、中、小辣），店家使用的是朝天椒，若感覺辣度不夠現場也有提供Tabasco辣椒醬自行取用。

四季鮮蔬嫩雞燉飯，蔬菜量不少（有香菇、木耳、彩椒、櫛瓜），雞肉吃起來嫩而不乾柴份量也不少。沒想到白醬這樣燉很好吃不膩口，用完餐後不會感覺胃口有什麼不舒適。

烤布蕾，布蕾香草味濃厚，看到香草籽一口一口沒聽過，配上厚厚的焦糖。搭配無糖綠茶冰冰涼涼，布蕾的涼爽香甜更上一個層次了！
