Young workers, awful service. After ordering one simple coffee, despite having only 2 people before me, around 6 people came in and got served before I did. I waited more than 10 minutes and still no coffee, while a lady who I also saw ordering after me was already comfortably sitting down sipping her coffee. It felt like they were purposely pushing my order away for whatever reason - my take is because they were not familiar with espresso and didn’t want to deal with it. I had a train to catch so I asked either for my coffee or my money back and the worker’s reaction was like she knew she was messing up. She proceeded to call the owner (!!!) on the phone specifically mentioning the word ‘foreigner’ like it was relevant and I was the one creating the problem.
