I had a pretty badly infected cyst on the back of my neck, a big open wound. I was desperately needing medical care. This was the first time I had to get medical care in Taiwan.

The first doctor I got was in 復建醫療大樓 台中市北區育德路二號, a 中國附醫 皮膚腫瘤 doctor, she wrote down I had a burned wound!! She gave me 7-day-doses of antibiotics and took samples for biopsy, and then told me to come back for follow up visit after finishing the machine. I asked her how she planned to heal my cyst, she said it would take at least 1~2 months to heal and I was more likely to have to get it taken care of when I return back to US, even though I told her that I needed to have it taken care of before my return flight 12/7/22. So indifferent! I couldn't believe that was all she could do for my situation.

So I started looking for another doctor who was referred by relatives but the clinic was closed when I  went. Desperately, I walked to the nearest hospital, Taichung Hospital. I was so fortunate to be seen by a team led by doctor 蔡新中, they took immediate actions to care for me the fastest and cheapest ways they could to heal me in time for me to fly back to US as scheduled because I don't have 勞保. How kind and thoughtful team of doctor, nurses and all the workers there. I am so grateful to them. They are my life...

This is the worst hospital by far in Taichung if not in the entire country. That is my personal experience as well as my other 5 friends, They give you misdiagnosis 9 out of 10 times. My friend almost died at that pathetic hospital from just having diverticulitis . Doctors were totally clueless as my friend was getting worse and worse by the hour . At one point my friend thought he was going to helplessly die. I urged my friend to go immediately to Taichung Veteran hospital across from Thun Hi university . After 10 days he was successfully released from Taichung Veteran hospital and was sent home for further recovery. He eventually made a full recovery . Doctors from T. Veteran Hospital said if he had arrived two or three days later he would have died. Another case about me; I was personally twice misdiagnosed with hepatitis and a possible malignant lung tumor at the Taichung hospital ,so I was asked to immediately do a lung biopsy which I firmly declined. Second and third opinions from other hospitals concluded and assured that I had neither hepatitis nor a tumor in my lungs . I have also other negative stories to share about Taichung hospital that they would be too long to be stated here. 帶著10個月嬰兒來急診 身為一個新手媽媽 很感謝能在短時間，感謝醫護人員安排可以直接與兒科的徐醫生 看診，感謝徐醫生的年輕有為，再三的柔勸之下我們住了五天健康出院。

首先 急診室櫃檯表示跟引導不善，即便工作人員很不忙，卻未主動引導，耳邊時不時參雜護理人員的吼罵聲，讓我抱著發燒的嬰兒，再快要失去理智下 必須大聲喊著：請問是在這裡辦住院嗎！？

等待將近4個小時，本來要住健保房後來被引導住單人房，護理人員很強勢的說你的小孩腸病毒要單人房隔離）

（但後來住到健保房才被告知，腸病毒的小孩只會腸病毒同房不然也是算單人隔間這樣，因此多花3200房費）

住院期間，同層有老照病房在左右，隔音不是很好，常常聽到呻吟跟 白天的護理人員的教育或嘻笑及房務人員叫喊

另我很生氣的有： 1.非常之吵雜不能好好休息

房門很重 房務或護理人員進入 大部分都沒有 敲門就啪啪蹦蹦的進來，寶寶常常被驚嚇到， 或是護理人員還沒看清楚寶寶在睡覺 聲音大聲的把寶寶嚇醒，這一整天下來也有個5-6次以上。

（晚上輪班的護理就輕聲躡語的有規矩，非常感謝能夠讓我們好好休息）

2.護理老師教學沒有制度及分寸

我能體會老師們要帶學生，但我的寶寶要抽血 把完點滴後，您吩咐可以順便洗澡，過不到20分鐘後，就說要抽血了但是事前並沒有說好幾點要抽，寶寶也好不容易入睡， 我就問不能晚一點嗎？ 老師說：所以也沒有洗澡囉！？ 我們中午很忙可能沒有時間，抽血要三個護理人員協助，然後我們下午四點就沒有人 都會下班！！

（！！！這時後才上午10:30！！！）

後來他幫我安排14:00抽血，抱怨完就說好 那就依您的時間！重點這是他自己安排的 我本來說要11:30，安排兩點還抱怨，以及一直都沒有過問家屬，憑什麼我們直接當你們老師的現場教材！！

後來還沒13:00 就來敲門說 ：媽媽不好意思可以改現在抽血嗎？

一天需要量個4次血壓，每一次請學生量血壓 都不是你們要的數字，後來還要磅！磅！磅 的進房門重新量，到底是設備問題，還是你們的教學有問題！？

《敏感寶寶最好不來住宿，寶寶累家長會更累》

直到我們退房前，房務告知 離開後把房門打開 就可以了，後來還是有護理老人員，蹡！蹡！蹡！很大聲的說：啊 你們還沒有走喔！

寶寶此時正在睡覺， 我冷冷的說：我要等他睡醒再走，然後你現在把他吵醒了！！

他也沒有說任何一句話，轉頭就走！！

3.不專業的護理

*裝尿袋，連續貼了四次才取帶可以尿量，我們使用棉花，以及要我們自費去買尿袋，每一次每一次喔都要重複說，是否可以改變黏貼方式或其他，不然寶寶會亂動不好取得。
