I’m reviewing this from an American point of view. This place is absolutely awful. The moment you walk through the door, you can smell the bathrooms, whose piping has no backstop. And they have ugly paintings on the walls of the dining room, this should’ve been a tip off for me.
Food-wise, my eggs Benedict was flavorless, the bun underneath was cold, the salad dressing was purely bitter with no other flavor, and the skillet potatoes were cold upon arrival. My friend’s “toast” was a mistranslation, simply bread without any crust.
We brought up this mistranslation to the staff but they didn’t care, nor did they seem to care if we were enjoying any of it. They also only gave us one napkin to use during our meal and never refilled our waters, which shows their...

You'd expect the ambiance to be nicer for the price. At Monday 12pm, the restaurant was totally full and it became extremely loud. There isn't any noise dampening in the room. Food service slowed to a crawl with over half the tables waiting for food for a long time. The drinks were delicious and the food was okay, but it wasn't great value overall. I recommend coming outside of meal times and ordering drinks...
Read moreIt’s a Chinese-Japanese restaurant serving dumplings, “noodles” instead of “pasta” (although the photos shown on the menu look like “pasta”), curry rice sets, etc. They do serve pizza and fries, though. Guests may find the menu a bit misleading. Tea options seem to be the unique feature here; however, I got a cup of tea that is made by tea bag.
The price is ok, but hard to categorize this restaurant because it’s not an afternoon-tea restaurant in my understanding. (More like local style Second Floor Cafe but this one doesn’t serve pasta. Anyway, very weird combination...
