A pleasant surprise before we left Taichung. Steak was cooked to perfection, seafood salad was on point and the spring chicken was crunchy on the outside and succulent in the inside. 【服務】 明明是餐廳價位,服務比路邊小吃還爛, 除了我們之外,假日正中午僅有一桌, 問啥都不知道,都說我問一下再回覆, 啥都不知道的態度很好,後面來的啥都知道, 但態度不像餐廳的店員比較像老闆。
【餐點】 1.白酒蒜香法式炒綜合野菇 $200 吃起來像小吃店50元的炒青菜加白酒,不怎麼好吃, 香氣不明顯,口感軟爛,我在家炒的比較好吃。
2.蜂蜜芥末烤德國豬腳-佐德國酸菜 $520 酸菜還蠻特別的,是紫色的, 豬腳外皮是脆的,離很脆有點距離, 感覺放了有些日子,新鮮匱乏, 豬腳本人很好吃,旁邊的配菜除了酸菜以外一言難盡。
3.白酒鮮蛤麵 $340 蛤蠣煮得很剛好,熟了就撈起來,還很多汁, 這家店最新鮮的就是蛤蠣了, 這家店應該很不擅長清炒的菜色, 沒啥味道的麵,吃了很修身養性。
4.烤牛肉蘆筍麵 $460 牛肉超嫩超好吃,有厚度但偏薄, 以這價位這份量來看是很薄! 口味算是不錯吃, 但是吃起來是百元快炒店+白酒,
5.主廚比薩(9吋) $440 有牛肉丸、鯷魚、藍起司跟大蒜, 牛肉丸沒有牛肉香氣,整體很好吃, 只要可以接受沒有牛肉香氣的牛肉丸, 這道是推薦的。
