Short: Food quality is good but not the best in taiwan and expensive compared to other thai places.

Service is absolutely awful. Waited 15 minutes for no reason outside when there was a room full of open tables. Waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken by two waiters who literally said “oh sorry, we didn't notice you were there.”

Our one salad and pork dish came quickly but we waited 20 minutes for the rest. We had to cancel one dish cus they took too long and we were fed up waiting.

You pay for the decor. Thats it. Be warned, mosquitoes like to roam underneath the tables and bit my legs alot.

Taiwanese, or foreigner, go somewhere else if you want your food to be better quality, quickly made, better serviced and cheaper.

Long: Food quality is decent. Fried food was so small and low quality. My pork tasted like cardboard because they overcooked it with too much hard lemon grass.

Main issue was service. Absolutely awful. Our orders came out so slowly, one by one. As im typing we got our salad and pork dish at 12:22. Its 12:45 and we finally got our small three plate appetizer. Compared to other thai restaurants in taiwan, its expensive for lesser quality and service. We didnt bother waiting for another 20 monutes for our fish dish and had it cancelled.

We also reserved a table for 12pm for 3. We got here 15 minutes early but were told to wait outside when there were 3-4 empty tables (on top of an entire empty seating room across the restaurant as well). Those empty tables stayed empty the entire time until our appt. Why did we have to wait?

When we were finally seated, we waited another 15 minutes until we could finally order. In the meantime, my taiwanese mother noticed two people came in who said they didnt reserve, were seated immediately and got to order immediately before us too.

When my mother went to inquire as to why they were helped first, two male servers both said “oh uh… we didn’t notice you were there.”

Put us all in a very mistreated mood.

Massively disappointed! Complete failure. It started from the disinterested welcome upon arrival by the young man at the desk. Then we placed our order, clearly pointing at all the relevant foods to ensure they knew our choices, my husband's food arrived, all meat so we couldn't share. We were surprised that mine didn't come at the same time, but understood it was a different choice so may take longer. My husband had almost finished his food and we started to think this is a ridiculous delay, so questioned where my food was, turns out they forgot it & advised they'd prepare it. Eventually it arrives and it looks far from a prawn green curry it was a pork curry. I don't eat meat, again by showing him on the menu that I'd ordered PRAWN he rushed off with the food, 1520 mins later came back with my meal,3rd time lucky nope this time he'd brought me beef curry. I call him over again and felt quite upset I said this is BEEF I don't eat meat I asked you for prawns he said no prawns!!! I left having had no food it was an appalling service.
