Located in the city of Taichung, Taiwan, Veggienius (不葷主義茶餐廳) serves the conventional Chinese dishes using meat substitutions instead of actual meats (Yes, like Impossible or Beyond meat). 15/5/2025 update I returned to dine here with great anticipation after more than a year. I felt like the chef had changed, but that's okay. Last time I ate three bowls of rice by myself, but this time I only had one bowl. The taste became much lighter, even a little tasteless, but the service staff was still very friendly and kind.
