An absolute culinary delight! The food at Mas Tapas taste like a summer in Spain. I highly recommend the iberico chorizo that you roast yourself off of handmade skewers right at the table! The cocktails are lovely and at a surprisingly great price, the seafood is fresh, and the little touches of flavor added to even their simplest dishes make this such a special dining experience! This resturant is a passion project for the owner Lydia, and you can feel her passion in everything, from the beautifully designed decore (complete with purse hooks at the bar) to the hand picked ingredients in each dish. Last dinner in Taichung before heading back, food and ambiance were great. Only point to improve is to add the Madrid Seafood Paella onto the main menu! It is so good and worth that front liner.
