SHANN RICE BAR — Restaurant in Taichung

Today we ordered our lunch and we were the only two people here! We had three dishes, the first two were served quite quickly (the vegetables and the rice), however the pork belly wasn’t served up for almost ten minutes by which time we had already eaten most of the vegetables and rice. Fortunately the meal came with “all you can eat rice” so we ordered another bowl however it didn’t make sense to serve us the first two before the pork belly was ready. Hopefully the management will address the kitchen to improve in this. On a positive note, the food was cooked well...

環境蠻時尚的，乾淨。

座位間距還行，不過能稍微遠點就更棒了。

服務生很兩光，這種等級的餐廳，服務生還可以這麼兩光，實在是覺得有點瞎😅

這裡每道菜都非常下飯，不適合帶高血壓的長輩來；有些還超辣的，不適合帶腸胃不好的來，如若有上述兩者，建議不要點辣的，啊菜不用點太多，因為很下飯，所以要配很多飯，點太多菜也吃不完😂😂😂，五個人點個四道就很夠了，我們還有點兩盤60元的小菜，差點吃不完。

飯是吃到飽的，一人45，喜歡自己點幾碗的模式，畢竟不會有吃不完的飯，反而浪費了。

湘式剁椒腐竹，裡頭有豆包、香菜，微微地酸辣很好吃，還很特別，推👍

桂花蜜芋頭也好吃，不會太甜，有點桂花的香味，不過就是很普通，很多地方都有在賣。

阿婆紅燒肉裡頭有花生、水煮蛋、豬肉去炒，水煮蛋蠻特別的，豬肉很 Q彈，不會辣，推👍

香干牛肉絲，非常普通，普通到我以為我沒吃過這道菜，超級不推，要說唯一可以推的就是它是菜色裡面算比較不鹹的。

干鍋臭豆腐肥腸，非常之好吃，我最愛的一道菜，不過吃到最後嘴巴都麻了…，但還是我的最愛，從以前的1010湘就很喜愛了。

酒釀嫩牛豆腐花，不是很愛，店員表示這道菜需要耗時比較久，想速戰速決去逛街的，不建議點這道，店員說說要煮15分鐘，但我們當時是平時中午去，包括我們才五桌，我們其餘的都上完了，都快吃完了，還是沒有來，所以只好全體放下筷子等候它的佳音，至少點餐完再出現在本桌有30分鐘😑😑😑，此道要說很好吃也沒，雖然還不錯吃可是本人沒很愛，不過很特別是有的，但講實在話我覺得賣相不佳，此道有微微地酒味，不愛的人不建議點，牛肉是牛肉片。

噴香口水雞也好吃，不過我也沒特別喜歡，上面淋得是特製的花生芝麻醬，香味十足，下頭鋪上洋蔥絲，此道是冰的。

東方乳酪空心菜，非常之好吃，不過就是蠻油的，青菜中最好吃的一道，推👍

厚煎菜脯蛋，很像烘蛋，不過蠻好吃的，鹹甜鹹甜地滋味，推👍

湘西高麗菜，有點辣，裡頭有培根，也不錯吃，不過我比較推薦東方乳酪空心菜。

楊枝甘露好吃，跟我在香港吃過的差不離，不過香港的比較甜，推👍

QQ杏仁豆腐也很好吃，鳳梨汁微微地酸甜配上柔滑Q彈的杏仁豆腐，覺得真的是絕配，推👍，個人甜點比較喜歡這道...

Wanted to get a table for lunch. We were a large group and we're willing to split table. Amazing they have more then 5 empty tables and was told your group needs to be split into 2 and the 2nd group needs to wait 1 hour. The replies were all the tables are reserved The reply was a mono robot reply, all the tables are reserved. The main feedback is whether the staff has critical thinking to explain clearly with empathy.

Will not bother to visit...
