It was a great experience to dine at this restaurant! All dishes are prepared with precision and love. We are really greatful that we had the opportunity to taste this dishes. Everything Was really fresh and high quality. I loved the shiso leaf, wasabi, shrimp, uni, just everything. Its the details. The scallions were chopped so finely-almost melted. The owner is a very kind and dedicated man. He has a good system to organize the seats available. The Service is also very good and one of a Kind.
