Sheer perfection, if you like 米糕... the ultimate comfort food in Tainan. Tiny menu so everything’s super fresh. Soup is subtle but very tasty and even the pork intestines in it are clean, light and tender, with a bit of a nutty taste. The pickles are extra sweet but they complement...

今天特地購買台南的「落成米糕」，果然不負盛名。米糕米粒顆顆分明卻帶著濕潤口感，搭配香氣四溢的肉燥、酥鬆的魚鬆與脆口的蘿蔔，層次感相當豐富。滷汁入味卻不顯油膩，讓米糕吃起來鹹香而耐吃。再點上一碗四神湯，清澈的湯頭帶有淡淡藥香與米酒香，喝起來甘甜溫潤，搭配處理乾淨的豬腸與豬肚，口感Q彈紮實，與米糕可說是絕佳組合。雖然店面不大，但內用環境乾淨明亮，服務俐落親切，用餐氛圍十分輕鬆。作為連續入選米其林必比登的老店，價格仍維持實惠，份量也令人滿意。整體來說，「落成米糕」不僅是一份餐點，更像是台南庶民飲食文化的縮影，簡單卻充滿溫度，讓人吃過之後仍想再訪。
