阿龍香腸熟肉 — Restaurant in Tainan

Local famous 80 years history restaurant 阿龍熟肉 "A-Long-Shou-Row" is served cuts of pork (liver, heart, lung, intestines, sausage) & shark meat, skin with sweet soy sauce +yellow mustard very delicious.

"蟳丸"（tsîm-uân) the yellow one is must order item which only available in Tainan local food with nickname as "cake" ,it's made by egg +water chestnut +pork+seafood , bit sweet flavor.

Soup is cooked with tempura, radish, soy bean pork intestine...

Very reputable hawker shop. A go-to for authentic dishes. On a side note, I’m a bit concerned for chef’s working environment though. The floor is a bit worn off. If the staff or the chef can put an ergonomic mattress over the counter, it will greatly reduce the working hazard. Just...
