位於府前路上，鄰近西門圓環，附近有著許多台南知名小吃！ 無店名，僅路邊放置一紅色看板，人多時搞不好還會被機汽車遮住ˊ_ˋ

麵店共分兩區塊 一區滷味(放置調味醬；滷味夾子)；一區麵攤(放置菜單) 店內動線明確，且明亮，座位騎樓及室內均有

拿好菜單，找好座位，就可點餐，如要加點滷味，就依座位拿號碼夾，夾上鐵盤即可，採吃後付款 ！

餐單在價格上算是不貴 有分乾麵及湯麵，並分大小碗 另可單點湯，共五種 小菜則是 滷味隨意切、燙青菜、紅油抄手

榨菜肉絲乾麵 使用細麵，於麵上放有榨菜、肉末、肉燥、小白菜 麵的口感，稍有嚼勁，味道鹹，不像一般南部偏甜口味，肉燥肥瘦各半； 這碗麵我印象最深刻就屬肉末了，不是肉絲嗎，怎麼肉絲比肉燥還要小，沒注意看還差點忘記-_-# 除此，整碗麵的評價其實都不錯，吃到最後都不會有油膩感，味道上確實不差，而且分量實在！

紅油炒手 似乎是最紅的必點料理

外觀不起眼，個頭小小的，一共七顆，皮薄肉餡飽滿，在視覺上其實有點失望，沒有辣的感覺！ 但口感卻有很大的不同，炒手上的黑點是花椒，配上辣油，有著畫龍點睛的效果； 椒麻香，帶著辣，順口，並不會讓人覺得燥熱，配上蔥花提味，食用時，香氣十足，且抄手中還有一味，那是店家在這裡面加了醋，帶點酸，但又不搶味，味道在層次上很是不同！ 於肉餡上，到沒甚麼特別，札實是我唯一的感覺

滷味隨意切(豬腸、豬胗、滷蛋、海帶)

豬腸：僅微微帶點茶色，口感軟、嫩 豬胗：Q彈，並帶有淡淡的滷汁香 海帶：味道偏淡，沒有什麼特別的 滷蛋：滷的夠味 滷菜上灑有大量蔥花，滷汁少，顏色淡，味道香，並帶有鹹味，對於滷味很是搭配！ 當然，上敘任何餐點對於味道不夠重著，可去滷味區那加點辣醬！

這四樣小菜，事後結帳是60元，僅供參考

而每桌均有調味醬，但僅是醬油、醋及胡椒粉
