Bar Alter 為於台南市東區小巷內，外部庭院與簡單台南老宅，讓客人遠離煩惱。這次巧巧特調以南瓜派為發想點，利用富含大量營養素以及纖維素的烤南瓜，些許開心果糖漿帶出來堅果香氣與甜度，搭上自製發酵的ginger beer帶來的發酵酸與氣泡感，最後上層撒上的是帶點油脂香氣的南瓜籽粉。

Bar Alter Tainan 相信每個毛小孩都像是親人一般的存在，與親人的離別總是讓人傷心，但希望這杯酒能帶你/妳回到與牠最開心的時刻，也提倡與重視飲食對毛小孩的重要性。

從2024/03/01起，為期一年，至2025/01/31，每點一杯「巧巧特調」，店家就會捐贈100元給動保協會老齢汪喵醫療照顧專案。喝杯酒，幫助狗狗。讓愛延續！

Bar Alter, tucked away in a quiet alley in Tainan’s Eastern District, offers an escape from the hustle and bustle with its simple courtyard and traditional Tainan-style house. Their “Qiao Qiao” special cocktail is inspired by pumpkin pie. With roasted pumpkin, rich in nutrients and fibre, the cocktail incorporates a touch of pistachio syrup to enhance the nutty aroma and sweetness. Complemented by homemade fermented ginger beer, which adds a tangy fermentation note and enthusiasm, the drink is topped with a sprinkle of pumpkin seed powder, adding a hint of oily fragrance.

At Bar Alter Tainan, they believe that every furry friend is like family, and parting with them is always heart-wrenching. However, they hope this cocktail can transport you back to the happiest moments shared with your pet while also advocating for the importance of nutrition and diet for our beloved companions.

Starting from March 1, 2024, for one year, for every purchase of the “Qiao Qiao Special Cocktail,” the establishment will donate 100 New Taiwan Dollars to the Animal Protection Association of The Republic of China’s senior pet medical care project. Let love continue. Have a drink, help the dogs.
