Terrible experience. Went around 7pm, and the staff (believe is the owner’s son) told us to order quickly because the kitchen is about to close. We ordered 4 dishes, 3 white rice and 2 drinks immediately. The first dish served pretty quick, within 15 minutes and we realise they serve the same food all at once to other customers as well. The second dish was served 15 minutes later. We read the google reviews before coming and the others mentioned the food served between dishes was very slow. So we expected a long waiting time too, at around 8:15 pm, we realized they started to clean the kitchen so we approached the staff and owner and were told the chef left already. We were all left stranded and not being notified by any of them. If we didn't go up and ask, we would be looking stupidly waiting for nothing. This is an irresponsible act by the shop owner. And they do not even apologize as well. Will not visit again despite the food taste ok. Total cost for these 2 dishes (pic), 3 white rice and 2 drinks...
Read moreFriendly family run restaurant. They moved from a shop unit around the corner a few years ago and somehow managed to make the place look exactly the same! They do a lot of dishes from north-eastern China. I especially like the guo-bao rou dish (pictured) but it is quite sugary and sour, which suits my palate, so be warned if you don't like that kind of thing. I would say the rest of there food is not bad. The prices have crept up over the years and I can't really say it's good value these days. The restaurant is a little bit unhygenic, in that some of the cutlery and glassware feels a bit greasy and the chef likes to smoke just out the front of the shop during breaks, just a few metres from his cooking area! Let's just say it's like street food with the benefits of being inside! It that doesn't put you off, then you'll have a good time and enjoy...

網路上評論最多的就是覺得等待過久這個問題 店家或許可以說明一下上菜邏輯,第一次去的人才不會這麼茫然 要等很久第一點是因為只有一個廚師,這個我充分可以理解 去用餐的時候,我們這一桌是第一個到,事先也都點好餐了! 上第一道菜的時候是現場三桌都上了那道菜 這部分覺得可以理解,因為廚師一次煮三桌份比較快速又簡單!
後面的菜開始每一桌點的有一點不太一樣的時候,會發生某桌幾乎菜上完、某一桌大半的菜都還沒有上 因為我們是第一個到的,也是那一個大半的菜都還沒有上的!所以忍不住心中很多O...
