Got a queue number at the front from the staff. We formed a queue line at the side. Queue moved quite fast since it's a dine and go concept with limited seating.
Mee sua was smooth and carried a prominent umami fragrance. Mee sua noodles were soft and slippery with the starch slurry broth.
We ordered the 🍜 Meat Ball and 🍜 Fried Fish Mee Sua, and both are small sized for NT 65 / bowl, which is a decent price for its portion.
I can't really taste the texture of fried fish, as it leans closer towards a fish fritter or cracker instead. The meat ball was big and had a bouncy meaty texture.
Minced garlic was added at the side, and mixing it in brings out an aromatic flavour, coupled with a few drops of black vinegar at the side. It opens up your palate. Ordered the luxury version with all the toppings, 160NTD. Came with small oysters, large pork intestine, meatball and squid. They also gave a small packet of crackers. I love the mee sua, especially with the chilli. They replaced the usual coriander with basil which is refreshing. The ingredients were fresh, especially the squid. The intestine was cleaned and braised nicely, no odour. Very value for money in my opinion.
The boss was friendly and humorous.
Do take note that there are only a few seats in their stall (around 10). The aircon tea shop at L2 allows customer to eat there but need minimum spending of 150NTD in...

The default order should be their deluxe version with more ingredients including their signature squid but Ari and I opted for the classic as we weren’t hungry and wanted to give it a try.
This mee sua is unlike any other I've had. Its comes with a delightful medley of seafood and basil as a topping.
The atmosphere is incredibly unique, thanks in part to the old store manager and the staff from Guam who added a lot of character to the experience.
The shop also offer take away for people to enjoy in the nearby park at the corner for a less chaotic experience.
It's a must try if you are around the area for...
