paid for the extremely expensive creme brulee ice cream because it was “award winning”. when the worker was extruding the soft serve they rushingly filled two cones and discarded them in a cup because they weren’t picture perfect and said they had ran out of creme brulee ice cream despite the fact i said i would be happy with whatever was in the cup because the only reason i paid such a premium price was to try their “champion” ice cream. the only flavour left was their basic and plain milk ice cream which was unworthy of the high price point. i would’ve much rather been offered a refund. we waited 15 mins and i understand it was busy, however, they definitely need more than just 2 staff members on a hot...

拿到飲料有大冰塊好幾顆，拿去找店員，店員回覆說飲料都有小碎冰，點餐時有跟我們說（重複跟我們說有告知），但點餐明明沒有告知，問了同行友人也沒聽到，但店員堅持有說，不懂小碎冰=大冰塊的邏輯，也不懂服務為什麼明明沒告知這件事卻咬定有告知

—— 更新： 很遺憾商家以說謊的方式來回應，說有調錄影確認人員點餐時有說有小碎冰、說當下反應立刻要重新調一杯。 但實際情況點餐時完全沒有提到，且事後拿去反應時，店員卻一再堅持說在點餐時有說，冰塊也不是小碎冰的程度，繼續講也無意義，於是打算離開，直到最後我要離去時才說不然重新調一杯。

如果商家當下有立刻說要換一杯，也許可能是別的客人，而不是此次事件。如果是別的客人也有反應而立刻說重新做的情況，可能存在著點餐就沒有確實告知的可能，且如果問題能獲得解決而不是先堅持，直到離去才說不然幫你重新做一杯，客人就不會如此不愉快。

保護自己所以做更新，陳述事實卻很遺憾得到這樣的回應。且商家回覆說如果有需要可以提供影片，卻沒有留下任何關於顧客可以回覆的管道，是否只是說說不得而知。
