I often dine at this McDonald’s and have gathered some thoughts:
This is a very busy McDonald’s, often crowded with both local and international customers. Because of the constant rush, it’s rare to see smiles on the staff’s faces. The staff training seems inconsistent, especially among the younger employees, likely due to high turnover. I’ve had fried chicken here twice that was a bit hard, though the Spicy Chicken Wings are usually served hot and taste quite good. When the second floor gets crowded, even if no one is at the counter, the staff don’t actively guide customers to order at the counter. This makes the wait time frustratingly long. Today, one of the kiosks was also temporarily out of order, adding to the delay.

She also had a good attitude to her staff and customers. It is almost Starbucks like. Good job. I'm coming here again. The photo is of the staff working hard because the teenagers didn't even bother to put their trash in the bin. Good job...
