赤麵廠レッドラーメン -中壢店 320桃園市中壢區大同路113號大同路上營業時間晚餐到宵夜(17:00~02:00)的屋台拉麵店及關東煮，目前在新北蘆洲、桃園藝文、桃園中壢、新竹竹北、台中中科、高雄新崛江等六間分店，店內用餐空間不大，滿滿的屋台風味服務方面機械式的介紹菜單毫無情感的介紹，毫無更新的介紹，因為牆上的期間限定都沒介紹，只介紹了價錢跟配料相關，也沒有說明各湯頭特色或是建議，教育訓練堪憂，店內杯水餐具自理，內用可加麵一次味道方面因為看到了叉燒薄片單薄的身影，決定點了牆上照片厚切肥滿的厚叉燒豚骨拉麵，店員聽了有補充說這是會麻的湯汁，上來一看滿是辛香乾料，充分攪拌後這燙口的湯頭搭上大麻微辣的調味，味覺盡失，麵條香彈有勁，持續著運送大量重口味的湯汁，叉燒部分，道地的台式滷肉，入口即化的肥肉層，軟嫩的瘦肉層，是好吃的爌肉，但味覺被花椒佔據只能分辨口感不能層分味道，麵條富有口感，是好吃的拉麵體，也沒有因為湯汁浸泡而有明顯的軟化關東煮的部分，附上黃芥末以及胡麻醬，上餐後僅介紹了黃芥末會嗆，其他沒有多加說明，連胡麻醬的名字都沒有說出來，更不用想會提建議搭配，整體關東煮沒有亮點，不建議專程來吃關東煮整體來說服務人員的存在讓我對產品的體驗大打折扣，或許服務人員不是產品本身，但能輔助客戶使用對的適合的產品
