A delicacy for some haha, as a Teochew, I grew up eating braised duck. One of my favourite dish of my mum. But hardly she cooks nowadays, not to mention this time consuming dish.

We tried the web feet, duck tongue and tie dan (braised egg). The sauce has a tiny bit of spiciness which I like, guess I could add abit of dried chilli to my mum recipe. haha. They have cooked it till very tender, you dont really have to bite to seperate the skin from the bones!! The skin has fully absorb the flavour of the sauce.

downside to this place - the long queues. But t's worth every minute of waiting. The fact that people are willing to wait for more than 10 minutes just goes to show how popular and delicious this food is.
