Read more幾年前姪子生日,他的爸媽選擇來這邊聚餐慶祝,也約了我跟老爸老媽共六人,是離爸媽家不會太遠又沒吃過的餐廳聚餐 這邊菜色很多,有適合多人的桌菜,可以單點的菜色,還有便宜的麵飯與餅類可以點 1.餐廳先送一盤招待的開胃菜-涼拌白菜心,裡面有高麗菜絲/豆干絲/香菜,用醋及一點糖涼拌在一起,高麗菜絲的清脆+豆干絲與醋香味,的確非常的開胃 2.北京掛爐烤肥鴨三吃小的,因為我們人數只有六人所以點小的三吃,最後還留一大鍋湯喝不完帶回家 操刀手並沒先給我們看那隻沒切的鴨,直接上來切完後剩的鴨,另外還有片鴨肉要包的蔥跟小黃瓜段 片下來的鴨肉帶點皮,但小隻的鴨片下來的肉也太多了吧,好大一盤喔!我們一人大概都吃了三卷,鴨皮帶脆鴨肉帶汁,加上蔥段與小黃瓜的青脆甜,雖然沒像一些大餐廳或飯店那樣皮油香脆肉多汁,但以這樣的價位跟份量真的夠超值了 3.涼拌海蜇皮:這是我們一家人都愛吃的,雖然份量不多,但海蜇皮切的細脆好入口,調味微酸帶點甜 4.鳳梨鮮蝦球:這道是姪子從小到大都愛吃的,只要聚餐的餐廳有都會點,蝦球外面的麵衣薄且脆,裡面每隻蝦都大隻飽口,且裹蝦球的特調美乃滋很薄一層,吃起來不會過油過膩很清爽 5.開陽燒白菜:吃那麼多肉要來點青菜均衡一下,白菜大火快炒調味清淡鮮脆,蠻適合平日吃慣淡口味的我們一家人 6.烤鴨二吃-銀芽炒鴨丁:鴨肉軟嫩帶汁,銀芽爽脆,整道菜調味清淡不油,最後也是吃光光 7.魚香茄子:這道要做的茄子色澤不變,入口不會太油太軟嫩不過鹹也真不簡單,感覺起來很油亮其實還好 8.豆酥蒸鱈魚:整塊鱈魚肉真的很厚實,新鮮軟嫩很適合牙口不好的爸,跟怕很多魚刺的人食用,其上面的豆酥好香好酥不油,是我媽媽的最愛,最後打包回家拌飯拌麵吃 9.酸菜鴨湯第三吃:湯頭有把鴨骨鴨肉的精華熬出來了,香醇順口我們連喝了好幾碗,且啃鴨骨的肉還是有點肉香味在 這家的菜色都...
