Their burgers tasted pretty fantastic. A few people were already there pretty early waiting to dine at eleven in the morning as soon as the restaurant had opened. I also noticed that they had quite a lot of take-out orders, as a lot of Uber Eats type of service people came in to get take-out. The décor of the place was really modern and chic, great for taking pictures of the food and of the place itself. During the pandemic, they measured our temperature upon entering the establishment, and sprayed alcohol on our hands to sanitize. The staff was pretty friendly, and helpful to explain the menu and how their ordering worked. You could get a single burger out of their many options, or get a set with a side and a drink, either a soft drink, milkshake or an alcoholic drink, but only about 40NT was covered for the drink if I remember correctly, you have to pay for the price difference of the drink. Not long after, the restaurant was fully seated, with many guests filling the tables. The price to portion ration was alright, not an incredibly huge burger, but enough to be just filling if you also had the set with the side and drink. Would definitely recommend any burger lovers to try...

The restaurant was a little like its toilet - blocked so the system did not work. Sad, so in need of some attention, but unloved and uncared for by the staff.

We ordered food and 6 beers. 6 bottles of beer should be easy profit for a restaurant. Even though they had up to 3 staff in the bar, we got 2 beers after 20 mins, waited another 15 mins for beers 3 & 4, and finally got the rest off the drinks after a total wait of 45 mins.

If it was a large, busy restaurant that would be one thing, this was small and a little over half full.

The food - bought-in fries with tiny amounts of sauce - and the sauce is meant to be a highlight. The quality of the meat doesn't matter if its not cooked right. The meat was dry and without taste. The packaging is the only thing that could be called 'tasteful' about the burger.

The staff seem to be employed to meet a specific style / look as we didn't see any interest in customer service.

The toilet was in a very poor state.

This seems to be a real lifestyle restaurant, but sadly there is little interest in the needs or lifestyles of the customers they are meant...

Went to try this place from friend's recommendation. When entering, some staffs attitude are a bit cold. My friend and I were seated at the high chair table and asked for recommendations from the menu. A bar staff promptly recommended us some burgers, and upon hearing us pondering the menu, gave us an English menu. Having our orders taken, we were asked if we want to change seats, and then we moved.

The drinks came first. We ordered a berry and a banana-avocado milkshake. Drinks are quite good.

Burgers then came. I ordered the Milk Caramel and my friend got the Double Jr. Overall taste was quite great. The sweetness of the caramel actually works quite well with the savoriness of the meat.

The downside of the whole meal is actually the side of fries we ordered. It came right after we have already finished our burger, not alongside it. The taste was great, but the waiting time is a bummer, especially since we need to chase a train to go to another city.

Overall, great ambience and vibes, and food taste quite great. Can be perfect with better staff attitude and time efficiency...
