The Executive Centre - Taipei 101 Tower | Coworking Space, Serviced & Virtual Offices and Workspace — Attraction in Taipei

Not exactly for short term rental nor-coworking office.

Was told a cleaning/restoration fee of 1.3k usd before committing to a two month tenancy contract - and that’s for a room less then 4 sqm.

Having read the reviews it seems it is not just the cleaning fees they try to milk people.

As much as everyone likes the landmark building, these pricing practice just simply degenerate the place into a time wasting trap.

The sales would benefit from honest upfront about these random fees and save everyone time. They keep apologising for late notice about these fees but then it is hard to believe they didn’t...

Not a real co working space. They market themselves as a corking space but just provide a lounge-area, where the people which rent offices go to eat, take phone calls and chat. It usually is extremely loud and difficult to focus. However, the interior is really nice and of high quality. They also provide free coffee (barista service). Whats weird is, that there is a $15 / page fee for scanning (You use the scanner yourself) which I do not really understand. If they would change the place to a real co working space I would go there again but calling a simple lounge-area a co working space...
