Poor customer service !

I dont even try their food or beverages!!! but i guess it gonna be good so I wold like to try at first ! Then our family decided to have some sweets but we stand at the door for 5-10 minutes but all the staffs standing in the bar and around the counter. So I decided to ask them at the bar !!! So finally He pretended to smile to me and dont even greetings us .... so dissapointed 😨😨

Next, we sat by ourselves with the lady put the glasses on our table so loudly and not nice at all. We met 2 staffs already and of course that two was so suck !

After that we look at the menu. So disappointed that just me and my sis want to eat. We decided to order only one order ... and the same staff dont even under stand my english but i do understand it might be my accent so she called another staff to talk with us .. this chubby lady was a little bit nice than the others two!

She came and explained to me that the rules of this restaurant need to order one dish per one person. But i was wondering if we dont hungry but we just want to try some food because we are TRAVELLERS , we would like to try food in Taiwan.

Actually, we do restaurant business in our country and that what we so disappointed to see suck of services in this experiences.

I do understand and respect your policy and your staff so poor of services and acknowledge !

The chubby girl try to explain and i do understand but she need to act more nicely not just let us go and act like they dont even care customers !

After we decided to go out .. again no one talk to me to say goodbye pr make us happy .. they walked to the bar ... gossip and talk about us with eyes rooling up and down !! Such a poor service that i ever had in my life !

( that was around 16.40pm in Friday ... supposed to be more customers there but just only 4 tables including us) So back to first impressions that all staff standing and talk in the bar ??????

I am also the owner of business i do understand the owner mind if you guys have suck staff like this you need to do something otherwise your business gonna be drop down in one day !

Just went today. Last year I experienced way better service. I don't know what happened today. I had to ask twice for a new plate as the one provided was dirty . Then, I saw them put it back in the clean dish pile. Secondly, I asked for another set of plates and utensils because another friend was joining us but the waitress had great difficulty understanding my demand as I had to repeat multiple times.The wait time wasn't long today, but it might be better if you make reservations 3 days earlier. I'm so glad there's a vegetarian restaurant that is as popular as mia Cucina. Even though, I do find that the restaurant doesn't establish the fact that they're vegetarian clearly, because people walking were very unsure and I didn't know at first either. I used to be a big fan of MiaCucina but recent changes made me never go again. I don’t know why they had to change all mushroom pasta to black linguine, also the choice of desserts now is worse and time for take out is so long! Service personnel that served me had meh attitude(she has colorful hair, not sure about the name) and the sizes of portions… before was small and big for pasta(small was already HUGE) and now can only get that huge pasta for almost 500nt?! Seriously how can you expect a person to just eat one kilo of pasta, before there was a choice of having salad/soup/tea/pasta business lunch but now you cannot.
