Omg. I got a mix of all the famous brands of pineapple cake in Taiwan and this one was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I personally don't even like egg yolk in my pastries but this is soooooo good. Its much more sophisticated than a normal pineapple cake. Its like gourmet pineapple cake. Give it a try! The egg yolk is duck egg and it's actually more sweet than salty. Heat it up in a microwave or oven and enjoy it with a cup of coffee/tea!

金沙蛋黃酥 (378/9入) 這款式即使不加熱都非常好吃的一款 大小大約是兩口的量 特製的烏豆沙餡不甜膩 選用鹹蛋黃泥取代整顆蛋黃 減少蛋黃加熱後會硬化的機會 讓整體口感更加綿密順口 皮的麵粉香也吃得出來 如果可以烤過餅皮層次會更加明顯 吃過這麼多蛋黃酥後 更顯得這顆蛋黃酥很有精緻度 !

和風栗果燒 (270/9入) 與市售相似的產品大概就是綠豆椪的 三統選用栗子泥與豆沙搭配混和 餅皮與栗子餡間再放入芋泥 整體口感變得更加柔和 若是搭配使用說明加熱 香氣及餅皮層次會加成不少! 原本是小編最不看好的一款 吃完之後真的有點驚喜!

蛋黃鳳梨流心酥 (390/10入) 這次唯一有單顆獨立包也是店家主打款 我想是因為相較於其他產品酥體較軟 很容易因為擠壓而破碎變形 如此嬌貴就是因為保持軟綿口感 經過阿輝師的建議加熱方式 依然保持濕潤軟綿就像是剛出爐一般 外層像是蛋糕體,第二層則是土鳳梨餡餡 最內層當然是重點鹹蛋黃 整體鹹甜口感層次分明我想這就是熱銷的原因!

芋頭流沙酥 (420/9入) 這款是小編最喜愛的一款 酥皮+芋泥+流心內餡根本無敵組合 請照師傅建議方式加熱 加熱後的芋頭流沙酥根本層次爆棚 從外層酥皮第二層芋泥到最?的流沙 一口咬下酥、綿、濃三種口感一次滿足! 芋頭控絕對不要錯過!

濃心捲綜合 (299/12入) 共有花生、芝麻、香草及提拉米蘇四款 相較於市面上類似商品 三統濃心捲更重於餅乾的層次及蛋香 厲害的點在於餅皮的薄、脆、香 冰著吃內餡像冰淇淋 室溫吃則是鄉奶油口感 小編自己是最喜歡芝麻口味 也有各自單一的口味禮盒可以選購喔!
