Wagyu Burger — Restaurant in Xinyi District

What a beautiful hamburger! After a nice hike in the Xinyi area, I was craving a tasty, juicy burger. I found Burguerverse on Google maps and head to the Taipei City Hall area to try this place. My God, what a great decision it was to pick this restaurant. The place looked clean. I liked the seating and the decor. The silver metallic chairs and tables looked good. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger. I believe it was a perfect burger! It had that amazing beefy flavor that great burgers should have. That umami taste in your mouth, was just what I was looking for! It was moist with a nice subtle crispy. A semi-charred surface, seared perfectly to keep the juicy flavor inside. Well seasoned. I loved the soft and moist bite the burger had. Well balanced and delightful texture, it did not fall apart and disintegrate in my hands. It had a great meat-to-bun ratio. The bun was toasted to perfection, you could still feel the soft buttery bread with every bite and feel how it perfectly held the burger together with the topping. The topping was minimalist, which was perfect because the most important in a great burger should be the patty and the bun. However, the perfectly melted rich cheese and the crispy but juicy bacon definitely contributed to make this burger so good. Pretty good overall. Sichuan flavor goes with the best with the juicy patty. I do agree that they overcook the burgers slightly. Next time, we will remember to especially request for 70% done for the best tasting result. The wasabi cream sauce needed more of a kick to cut through all the cream and fat. Nice chips. Mediocre salad but only 20NT for sides so...

Best burger I've had in a long long time. Patty is super juicy, it is literally bursting in your mouth. Buns, veggie, cheese are also pretty good, but the hamburger patty is amazing.
