Great food. Had sashimi, stir fried spinach, steamed milk clams and seafood bee hoon.
All dishes were well balanced and brought out the best of the ingredients flavours. Excellently done.
Can tell that the chef is skillful with the well thought out portions and pairing of flavours to balance out the dishes.
Ambience was good, paired with food quality there is potential to bring the restaurant to the next level and justify it's slightly higher pricing.

Read more車子才駛離熱鬧的宜蘭新月廣場約略兩百公尺左右,市街就由原先華麗看板和熱鬧店家,迅速改換成平實且低調的面龐,褪去了光鮮色彩的巷道上,一間雖然窗明几淨卻沒有顯著招牌的店家,就這樣低調地位於巷口的轉角處…,這天夜晚略顯寒冷且下著不算小的雨勢,甫到營業時間門口騎樓處就陸續停了四五輛來車 (門口騎樓處可停車,但車位不多),由落地窗即可望見滿座的饕客,似乎已毋庸置疑這裡的好味道…。
走入餐廳,樸實的裝潢,帶點兒日式和台式相間的復古感,黑板上寫著今日特別的魚貨料理,不算大的空間,店家也不貪心地為了營收而塞滿桌椅,剛剛好六張桌子可以讓顧客都有舒當的空間來享用這頓料理…。運氣不錯,沒有預先訂位,被安排到最後且唯一一張未有訂位的桌次 (建議請先訂位)。
沒有刻意安排只想悠閒晃晃的宜蘭行,打算享用一頓海鮮料理,找到了這間位在宜蘭市區附近的『伍柒―海鮮.手作料理』,客氣的服務態度,再加上衝著網路上一片的好評,雖然因未預定而無法點紅蟳料理,但也在不經意間點了七道菜餚,基本的炒青菜,主食海鮮粥,必點的生魚片、干貝芋頭糕和茶碗蒸,再加上當日限定的煎干貝、烤午仔魚…。不浮誇的菜名,簡單的食材,搭上得宜的調理,新鮮、美味、驚艷…,讓人從上菜的第一刻鐘就完全無法停筷,除了因為點太多而沒有完食好料滿滿的海鮮粥外,其他餐點幾乎是以秒殺的速度被清空的…。雖然,結帳時金額是略讓人咋舌的三千元左右,高於當初預設的預算...
