原來是「大埔」，更名為「大翔」約一個月，後來發現，「大埔吉林店」也換招牌為「大翔」，這個「翔」，似乎來自原工商登記之名，可能老闆同人（？） 1️⃣內用飯免費，但只有一碗非吃到飽，另提供熱湯、飲料機、冰淇淋自取，湯有肉湯甜，冰淇淋不另提供小碗，只能用紙杯裝。 2️⃣心得：🔸菜比肉強🔸調味不會鹹到要一直喝水，但似乎吃到不愛的沙茶 3️⃣雞肉與B餐三鮮（蝦、花枝、蟳肉）各有不同不悅氣味：🔸雞肉一咬即有台語說的“hen”，基底醬汁完全壓不過，內心os怎麼胡椒味不多一些🔸蝦其實不以泡水蝦充數，但咬下有的有蝦味，多數帶腥味；花枝品質最差，切得碎口感全失，已過保鮮期的“耗味”用有氣飲料洗還是揮之不去 4️⃣菜優於肉，因至少沒怪味，還能吃出蔬菜本味，口感也都能保留。洋蔥大量使用，無生味有脆感，勉強找到加分之處，不致滿滿負評。 5️⃣人手多，上菜超快，師傅手沒停過，尚未完成點餐，高麗菜與豆芽已送至眼前，而後是荷包蛋與豆腐，三鮮最後，但也是在開吃後5分即完成。
