I never leave reviews, but this place was so horrendous I feel obligated to warn others. We went on a Saturday around 1 AM, and from the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. First off, the cover charge—500NT for men, 800NT for women—supposedly, it includes two drinks, but no one tells you that when you walk in. We only found out after suffering through the miserable experience inside.
The club was dangerously overcrowded—Forget dancing, you could barely stand without being shoved every few seconds. Want a drink? Good luck. You can’t order at the bar unless you pre-purchase drink tickets. So after waiting in a painfully long line, we found out we were just wasting our time. And to top off the night, I stepped in a massive puddle of vomit in the hallway.
If you’re 18, blackout drunk, and have absolutely no standards, maybe you’ll have an okay time here. But if you have even a shred of self-respect,...
Read moreOne of the most popular gay clubs in Taipei. People are gorgeous, the who of who of the gay world is here. However NO ONE IS DANCING. Somewhat like Chinese karaoke where one person sing and everyone else pays attention and appreciates the singer. Second - it’s an endless balad of Korean music. Do all gays need to know and love Korean music? Is this a Korean music night? Third. Crazy system for the bar, instead of the normal ordering people have to queue all the way up the toilet. No Aircon up the stairs and it is very hot. Maybe this is the place for you if you enjoy Korean music and blend well with the gorgeous...

Don’t go before 11, as it will be almost empty. The standard beverage is reasonably priced cheap beer like Budweiser cans. People don’t go for drinks though. It’s for the atmosphere which is dancing your heart out. Smoking is permitted inside, so be aware of that.
If you have a group, you can get a table. The dance floor is downstairs with a calmer atmosphere upstairs that looks down over the dance floor.
Kpop hour is around 12, during which you can see lots of guys on stage dancing to kpop hits.
Go with a group if you can. Going alone might be a bit awkward, but if you do, joining a group could be pretty easy.
Entry is 400NT, but comes with two beers, so not too bad.
The party goes late here, finishing around 5AM. Always a super fun stop on Friday or...
