I have tried Kbbq in many places, but few that offered so many great side options and buffet style! I came here right at 5pm when they opened and was able to be seated right away. They take reservations, I’ll definitely do that next time. This place got packed and there was people waiting outside when I left. They can accommodate large groups by putting tables together, definitely make a reservation if that’s the case. This place is super foreigner friendly, very nice people who spoke enough English to guide us through the experience! Host was great, and employees inside explained everything to us like all the sides, where the drinks were, and how to order on your phone. You get two pork pieces to grill when you sit down and other meats are available for purchase when you scan the barcode at your table. They have all the ingredients to make bibimbap, minus the hot bowl (for safety, which makes sense), glass noodles, kimchi(radish, and cabbage), large sliced pickled radish, lettuce leaf, white rice, fish on a stick, kimchi friend rice, fried chicken, rice tteokbokki in red sauce, and so much more. They also have a coffee station, and ice cream that’s included in the buffet price. I don’t do well with dairy, so I opted for a mango smoothie as my dessert, they have two flavors at the drink station. Ordering alcohol is extra. Your dining experience is timed, so keep that in mind. We did not feel rushed or like we needed more time either, we were full with the two pork pieces, one order of beef, and the soup that’s included in your price. They also take foreigner cards. By far one of our fave places now. Will definitely bring our out of town friends here...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Korean Lunch Value on Songjiang Road

I was craving Korean BBQ but found that many places in Taipei require a minimum of two people for grilling. This spot on Songjiang Road — just a short walk from my own restaurant — came up in my search, so I gave them a call.

The gentleman who answered (I believe he’s Korean and possibly the owner) was incredibly warm, spoke excellent Chinese, and patiently explained their business lunch offering. I didn’t know exactly what it included, but I appreciated his hospitality and decided to go.

I arrived at 12:58 PM on June 11 and was welcomed by the same person I spoke with on the phone. He greeted me with genuine kindness and described the lunch set in more detail. I ordered the Kimchi Jjigae Business Lunch, and what impressed me most was the value.

For just NTD $250, the set includes unlimited access to a self-serve buffet featuring both hot and cold dishes. Highlights included: • A variety of banchan (around 8 kinds) • Tteokbokki • Japchae (glass noodles) • Stir-fried beef and pork • Dumplings • Fried chicken • Kimchi fried rice • Plus a full non-alcoholic drink station

Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. This is easily one of the best-value Korean lunches I’ve had in Taipei — and possibly in all my 9 years living in Taiwan.

I’ll definitely be returning, and next time I’ll make sure to bring a friend so I can try their Korean BBQ.

Thank you again to the kind gentleman at the front. A great experience from start to...

Wow! What an incredible experience! We were greeted by the hostess with a warm welcome and smile. She spoke good English and sat us immediately, even without a reservation. I’m glad we came right as they opened because 30min after we arrived the place was packed! And I could see why! The service was top notch. Our server was helpful in explaining how everything worked in the restaurant and where all the drinks and amenities were located. The meat was all very tender and delicious, the sides were incredible and all you can eat, as well as a diverse drink menu. For $20 it was all you can eat for 75min. What a deal!! Even though I was stuffed from the delicious pork, beef, kimchi, radishes, cucumbers, kimchi fried rice, fried chicken, and rice; there’s always room for dessert! They have a complimentary ice cream bar with 4 different delicious flavors. I chose mint chocolate chip, my favorite! I probably should have been rolled out of there I was so full, but I can’t wait to come back! It was the best K BBQ dining experience I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten at K BBQ in 6 different countries now. 10/10 recommend. Best K...

Meat options were nonexistent. Only one beef option the remaining were pork only. There's a 110 minute time limit for AYCE BUT they lie about the start time! Our ticket said we started at 5:16 but we didn't even walk in the door until 5:21 and were only seated at 5:28. Not a big deal but the dishonesty was a problem. As we approached our "allotted time", we were asked multiple times to hurry up and vacate the table even though we were clearly not finished. The ordering is done through your phone BUT there is a 20 minute wait for the food to arrive AND there's a cooldown before you can reorder! This means you MAY be lucky to get in 2 or 3 orders after the initial offering. Speaking of which, they forceably give you some of the greasiest, lowest quality of pork to begin with. Without asking us, the server put 3 huge pieces of pork onto the grill and started cooking. We didn't even get a chance to decline! The only saving grace is the price. $600 per head (plus 10% mandatory gratuity).
