Had early dinner here today (20th July 2019)
Prawn Fritters is normal and a bit oily.
Carrot Cake is absolutely disappointing. Did not even fried till crispy. Not even hot from the pan.
Char Siew Bao is so so only. Nothing fantastic.
Custard Buns is also so so only. Not even over flowing when ripe open.
We've also tried their signature sausage claypot, which we also find nothing nice about it.
Iced yuan yang is acceptable and nothing special too.
Disappointed as I always see all their outlets full and with long queues, which mislead me into thinking they have great food.

Read more16 Feb 2020 update: Gave it another chance today despite a 2-star experience during previous visit last year. Was shown to 3 tables, all 3 still had food scraps from previous guests. Cleanliness is very iffy, so I decided to walk out. Downgrade to 1-star.
From 2019: Either too sweet or too salty for my taste.
Had a small table, my food came rapidly; therefore, had to let them take away some even after just 1 bite so as to make room for the others.
