The boss dictates this bad anti-customer policy: there is food advertised that you cannot buy (see picture)

You cannot buy it because it is only for the staff members of the mall, so it has a lower price. But even when I offer solutions like: we pay 2x the price for it, or we buy another much more expensive dish, but you cook us this one instead, the staff have their hands tied and cannot help us to do it, because in Taiwan bosses can fire staff members for disobeying their dumb policies, even if it will actually make the company richer and make the customer happier.

The staff members were really friendly and kind and did their best to recommend me a similar dish, that they cooked well

But I am very disappointed with the boss' policies.

If there is a legal reason why this food MUST NOT be offered to customers despite being advertised, the staff members can be told what it is so that they can explain the decision to customers. But all I take away from my experience here today is that the boss has made some shortsighted, arbitrary, anti-customer anti-profit policies.

該店雖位處美食街內， 但設有獨立的用餐區不用跟其他客人搶座位。 這裡的消費方式採自助式， 在櫃檯點好餐、結帳後會拿到震動呼叫器，待餐點完成再自行去取餐， 跟一般開在美食街內的店家無異。

這味泰泰的餐點都以套餐形式供餐， 無論飯、麵皆附上微糖紅茶跟開胃小菜， 還有多款小菜、飲品可隨個人喜好換購或加購，選擇算是挺豐富的。

整體來說“這味泰泰”將經典泰菜加以改良， 保留下精髓又符合台灣人味蕾， 且價位走平易近人路線， 是一個人想吃泰式風味時的不錯選擇。

Although the store is located in the food court, But there is a separate dining area so you don't have to compete with other guests for seats. The consumption method here is self-service. After ordering your meal at the counter and paying the bill, you will get a vibrating pager. After the meal is completed, you can pick up the meal yourself. This Taitai’s meals are all served in set menus. Both rice and noodles come with lightly sugared black tea and appetizers. There are also a variety of side dishes and drinks that can be exchanged or purchased according to personal preferences. The choices are quite rich.

Overall, "This Taste of Thailand" improves classic Thai dishes, retains the essence and caters to the taste buds of Taiwanese people, and the price is approachable. It is a good choice when one wants to eat...

Pleasantly surprised by how good the food is at very reasonable prices (Sets starting at 138). Tried their lemon fish, green curry, and Thai noodles - enjoyed them all. Even their side dish (veggies) was tasty. Service was pleasant...
