By accidently discovering this so-called Taiwanese style hot pot restaurant. The customer service was great, environment was tidy and clean, freebis was awesome ( sweet desserts, dipping sources with extras), a membership was offered, however it was not for overseas registered gmail account holder. Even I am using the local number, I was not permitted to download their membership app, what a pity. Extra notice: the app was developed and managed by mainland China. Which means this restaurant is owned and invested by mianland China company. I wonder if all members information will be sent to thier head office in China?! I ordered the basic beef set menu which was coming with good selections of vegetables, however the extra order of beef & pork combination plate, it was fatty, not like what they advised for healthy eatting, a minus for it. Staff are friendly and very prompt. Each set menu comes with a meat of choice, a vegetable platter, sauce bar with rice and a variety of noodles, a hot or cold tea (upgradable to other drinks with top-up), and an ice dessert.
