Tatami私廚（預約制） — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

It’s a total disappointment. I came here to celebrate my father’s birthday. Beside the nice atmosphere, there is nothing to praise about.

Buddha jump over the wall - to be honest, the standard was so lousy that the Buddha rather stay in the temple. We need to request for serving , and I got a piece of Yam and pork only. There is no abalone, scallop, mushroom, fish maw or shark fin… may be there is but could be so tiny that too shy to serve us

Fruit platter - to our shocking , the guava they served was rotten. And the recovery at this private dining place was just remove the rotten n cut new one. In our country, they will apologise, serve a new plate.

The best dishes that we had is the liver sausage, century egg and squid ball. Steam abalone was ok.

We paid TWD2500 per pax. We are ok with the price if you serve good food. I would not even want to pay more than 20% of the price. You may have good ingredient but chef’s culinary skill certainly need to be sharpen. Or perhaps they know we are foreigners that they didn’t cook seriously ? I wonder why the local praise it so much.

外帶蔥油閹雞半隻$850

Tatami私廚(預約制)的雞肉再度顛覆我對閹雞的想像，雞胸是我吃過最緊實也最沒有乾柴跡象的，無怪乎能成為店內招牌菜！蔥油調味技術倒是得再加把勁，但畢竟是我額外的要求也不好多說什麼。總之，Tatami私廚(預約制)是間完全沒有傲氣的優良私廚，值得再訪~

Tatami私廚(預約制)的閹雞算相當大隻，雞胸紋理看似柴，實際口感卻大相逕庭，厚實有嚼勁且不乾不澀，想見此雞生前運動量必十分足夠（個人推測其為放養閹雞）；雞皮一如既往地豐厚；雞腿較雞胸油嫩，與雞皮間有雞凍，上等閹雞也

至於蔥油調味，打開蓋子立刻聞到濃濃青蔥香氣，單吃辛辣了些，胡椒味非常突出，可惜與雞肉是毫不相干的存在，以致整道料理味道處於分崩離析的尷尬狀態

老闆娘還特地準備一碗自製的蒜頭辣椒醬油，提醒我若覺得調味不夠重可蘸著吃，設想縝密

值得一提Tatami私廚(預約制)外帶袋子使用環保袋，比塑膠袋或紙袋更顯高級有誠意，同時符合永續發展理念，環保意識堪為餐廳界楷模

不得不說我得知此私廚的方式😆！複習普通生物學查詢「TATA box」時Google搜尋欄跑出「Tatami私廚(預約制)」（兩者均為tata開頭），出於好奇點開意外發現此店家(´⊙ω⊙`)！
