Seafood was not fresh.

I try hard to like this place. The staff is trying hard too. Had the server not try to make things right, this restaurant gets a 1 star. Aside from the nice decor and atmosphere, there are areas that the owner should address right away.

I ordered the set meal for 2 + the seafood. Total was 3800, which would be slightly on the high side considering the quality.

Quality was the main issue. Rather than enjoying the meal, I lost my appetite very quickly and got worried whether or not I would get sick.

While lobster was good 40% of the shrimp in the order was NOT fresh. Lobster bisque freshness was questionable. Clam chowder was good Steak quality was mediocre - full of fat and tendons. Even at less than half inch thick, was difficult to cut.

On a more personal note, every dish was full of garlic. There needs to be a better balance. Garlic in everything is not the only solution for adding flavor to food.

Set meal includes choice of 3 side orders, out of a possible choice of 9. I fail to understand how soft drinks count as a "side order" and that ordering soft drinks for 2 people counts as 2 side orders. Suggest owners remove the soft drink from choice completely, otherwise the customer perceives this as getting nickel and dimed when a meal costs over 3000.

I appreciate server's attempt to comp more food or drinks as apology for the disgusting shrimps, however, the right action to take should have been to at least remove the 500 cost adder from the...

Reviewing the lobster/steak set: Both soups were bland and the lobster bisque tasted mostly of shrimp/oyster sauce. The bread had freezer burn and was really sad/stale for being an American restaurant. The thick bacon was interesting, but not so appetizing since we're already about to have big meat protein. The lobster looked awesome, but... Tasted weirdly like fish instead of lobster - low quality. The steak (+1 upgrade) was served rare when I asked medium, but they had an amazing mini pan to sear slices to your perfect temp. Steak, when it was medium (fixed per slice), was quite amazing, but tedious. Dessert was good, but not memorable.

As for atmosphere, there's both Xmas and Halloween decorations which feels weird. I had an old Witch statue staring at me the entire time without it even being close to season. Felt weird. If they remove these, the atmosphere would be great. Western culture.

Although the steak was 5/5, getting the temp wrong and the rest of the set being mostly 1/5 to 2/5 really makes this place not worth the price for what you get. Friendly staff, that doesn't go far if most of the food...

Not children friendly and slow service. I used to like coming here with friends, been a frequent visitor since 2015, however last week’s experience made me decide to not return again. It was our first time dining with kids at this place and we were asked four times to stay quiet when our kids weren’t even louder than the music the restaurant was playing. It just shows how intolerant this place is towards parties with children. We ordered the shared meal for four plus some side dishes, the food was nice but service was slow and the steak wasn’t even ready when we were all done with our seafood.
