I've never given a bad rating before, but if I could give a negative rating for this one, I would. This restaurant provides horrible customer service. My friend ordered pasta with cream sauce and we (three of us) tasted something sour, so we talked to the cook about it. Instead of acknowleging our feedback, he seemed offended and took the food back to replace it, but not before pointing to the food that his dirty finger almost touched it. Service could be improved as the waiter mixed up which of our drinks should be less ice but it's still 5 stars worthy because of the great...
