📍王品會員（註冊免費，送折抵金） 如果沒有辦過王品會員，可以下載app(王品瘋美食），完成註冊後，可以領100折抵金，滿500元折50，滿1000折100。

已經多次來這家店用餐，但今天真的感覺非常失望... 週日的午餐我們12點半到現場領號排隊，約莫等了40分鐘叫號進入，ok...

今日用餐時，餐桌上爬出了一隻小小強，服務人員應我們要求，用酒精消毒了餐桌，然後大約在用餐的尾聲，招待了一盤六片牛肉（看起來像是嫩肩里肌）。

比較讓人意外的是，餐桌上冒出一隻蟑螂對店家來說，好像不是一件需要慎重以對的狀況。除了清潔的人，沒有其他服務人員來對這個狀況表示關切，只有約莫四十分鐘後送來了一盤肉片，該員表示「一點心意」。

坦白說，我們的確也有想看看遇到這種狀況，店家會怎麼招待的心態，那盤姍姍來遲的心意，好像沒有滿足既有對王品旗下品牌的期待。

當然以石二鍋的平價定位可能也就是這樣了，但一般這種狀況，如果不打算用誠意滿滿的招待來應對，那麼當下即時有領班人員來關心一下，或是在結帳時表達一下之後會改進的努力，我想都會讓客人留下店家對這種狀況重視的印象。

但是今天服務人員的應對不是如此。

石二鍋是日常全家解決晚餐的好去處，一分錢一分貨，但這樣的冷漠是在王品系...
