LOUISA COFFEE Xinyang Shop — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

You know when everything is wrong and you almost want to be nice but you can't find anything. We arrived and ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. The person accompanying me had found a table. The tables plastic screen had broken off, the adjusters under the table were all loose hardware sitting under the table which appeared to have gone months without cleaning. The order arrived sans my food item. I went up to inquire and waited having to go up again 15 minutes later. 45 minutes or more after order I got my food which I was then asked to pay for since according to them it wasn't in original order. Overall not a bad place, but there's some small things I'd like to mention. The general food and drink items you can get here are good and fairly priced, the same as in other Luisa Caffès the sanitary situation could be improved upon though. The toilet is dirty, old, and wet. The vibe of the store itself isn't bad, but it could be cleaner for sure. Lastly the entry space of this Louisa Caffè is completely open to the outside (there is no door), which means a whole lot of energy is being wasted, given that the ACs are running the whole time. HORRIBLE staff at the counter, the lady with glasses. Walked in and she gave us a super unwelcoming look. Asked her if we order at the counter or table, she said: Go find your own table and get back here. She was extremely RUDE when taking my order. I asked a few questions and she became impatient, raised her voice at me.

Would have given a Negative zero star if available.

Don't bother coming at all. Ruined my entire day. Worst encounter...
