At International Hair Salon — Local services in Taipei

Absolutely terrible experience for this hair designer :安馨 They made me wait over 2 hours just to get a simple haircut that would’ve taken 15 minutes. I mean seriously, is this how hair designers treat customers nowadays? Zero respect for people’s time.

The staff were completely impolite and unprofessional. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I was just left there waiting like I didn’t exist. And to make it worse, not even a glass of water was offered after two hours of waiting — what kind of salon treats customers like this?

I’m shocked that a place like this hires people with such terrible attitudes and no sense of basic customer service. Never coming back, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time and basic respect.

I will never come back to this...

Worst hair cut ever, the ‘stylist’ cut my hair with my hair ending one side longer than the other. My haircut even ended in 10mins.

極差，差到我第一次寫負評，文長，總結為建議對自己頭髮有想法的人，不要來被pua 原本開心來燙髮，結果從髮質開始被批評，說要升級藥水要縮毛矯正，我沒馬上加設計師就說的像不燙一樣 說要加的我全照設計師建議加了，價錢比原本透明的價格多了一倍，但這我ok 但接著溝通需求時，我明明前一晚在訊息裡就都講過了我的需求了，但再次溝通時我重複講的幾乎全被反駁（例如：你說的那樣會很老氣、不可能那樣燙啊那樣會blablabla、要這樣才是現在女生喜歡的...等等等）我一再強調我頭髮習慣往前撥所以從前方看過來我希望頭髮是捲的。最後燙完時頭髮頭髮撥到前面內側就是只有髮尾有捲，設計師還拿梳子來梳我的髮尾說現在流行不要太捲，梳直一點讓他拍照.... 回去後第一次洗完頭，用繞吹的再用烘罩，頭髮剩1/3有捲，一週後剩1/4有捲 設計師要我過去跟他看看怎麼調整，結果又是根本不是溝通的對話：你的整理方法不對、我有沒有跟你說要怎麼整理 有吧、你想要的那樣會很老氣喔...等等。 最後他說幫我補燙不收任何費用，只收洗髮的費用（？）問他那他現在想補燙的樣子會大概長怎樣，他說沒有照片（？）然後說要我跟他簽切結書以防blablabla（？？？） 我懂了，我被pua...
