We got the sampler deal, which was 16000 Tsh per person which turned out to be a pretty decent deal. We got more food than we could easily eat.

They have a buffet style salad bar which features a variety of middle eastern dishes and sauces in a variety of spice levels.

We received a variety of meats that included some sausages, some mutton and some chicken. Of this mix the chicken was best, followed by the sausage (a little dry, but good flavor) and the mutton (good flavor but fairly tough). In general the meats in Tanzania are overcooked, but if you see the meat hanging unrefrigerated in open air at the various butcher's shops you'll understand why. They have had a number of anthrax outbreaks in recent years tied to tainted beef.

We also received french fries and a special dessert.

They had cold Pepsi products, but I don't think they had any alcohol. This was in the middle of a shopping district and seemed generally safe. The owner was kind enough to ask if we needed a taxi back since it had gotten dark...
