My experience with Full Package Adventures could not have been better, the service has been outstanding. I first contacted them in October 2024 with a vague idea of the safari experience myself and my wife were looking for and Juventus turned the dream into reality by tailoring every detail to our exact requirements. We originally intended to travel in July and wanted to witness the great migration crossing the Mara river. Juventus advised that September would give us a better chance of seeing this natural wonder. He called it exactly right and we managed to see a herd of 250 wildebeest crossing the river....an unbelievable experience. From the moment we walked out of the airport everything ran absolutely perfectly. We were picked up at our hotel in Arusha at 8:30 the next morning by Gilbert who would be our guide and constant companion for the next 6 days. Gilbert, as it turns out, is one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. His knowledge of the wildlife and when and where to see it, is excellent and we had some quite incredible encounters including a cheetah with 4 cubs, prides of lions, a couple of leopards as well as literally thousands of elephants, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest and so much more. Just as important was his knowledge of the local people and their culture, we thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the various tribes and the Maasai in particular. The accommodation selected for us (which I think was classed as mid level) was superb. The Signature Luxury Serengeti Lodge in particular, was stunning. So a huge thank you Full Package and especially to Juventus and Gilbert, you turned our dream into a wonderful and unforgettable holiday of a lifetime. One thing to note and plainly not a criticism of Full Package but this type of safari involves a lot of travelling on poorly maintained roads and, whilst this just added to the enjoyment for us, anybody that suffers from a back condition might want to think carefully. One final thought, this was our first visit to Tanzania and we were blown away by how lovely the Tanzanian people are, they are genuinely some of the nicest people we have come across anywhere in the world. I recently experienced the Full Package Adventures eco-tour in Zanzibar, and it exceeded expectations in every way—especially for those interested in marine biodiversity and coastal ecosystems. Our journey began with a guided tour through one of Zanzibar’s thriving mangrove forests. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, identifying various mangrove species such as Rhizophora mucronata (red mangrove), Avicennia marina (grey mangrove), and Bruguiera gymnorhiza. It was fascinating to learn how these unique trees serve as natural coastal protectors, preventing erosion and serving as nurseries for fish and crustaceans. The walkways through the mangroves were well-maintained, offering immersive views without disturbing the delicate ecosystem. Next, we set off for a snorkeling expedition at one of the nearby coral reef sites, part of the Zanzibar Archipelago’s protected marine areas. The reefs were stunning—brimming with life and color. We saw a diverse array of coral species, including brain coral, staghorn coral, and plate coral, as well as countless reef fish like parrotfish, angelfish, and clownfish.

The guides were both safety-conscious and ecologically responsible, ensuring that no one touched or disturbed the reefs. Their emphasis on sustainable tourism was refreshing and deeply appreciated. What stood out about Full Package Adventures is their balance between adventure and education. We didn’t just enjoy the beauty—we learned about reef conservation, the impact of climate change, and local community efforts to restore mangrove habitats. They also work with local NGOs and contribute a portion of their7 proceeds to marine conservation projects.

Yusuph, our point of contact was very helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before and during our safari. - He was kind, helpful and trustworthy. When we were at the safari Yusuph was quick to resolve any issues when the lodges wrongfully charged us for water that was included. Good value for money and was very easy to tailor lodges and itinerary to our liking. Yusuph was very patient with us and helped us so much with alternatives to lodges and was quick to find different lodges and prices.

John our driver made our entire safari trip, funny, patient and easy going. He was an excellent driver navigating the roads of Serengeti and Ngorongoro and the other national parks with precision and with calmness. Never felt rushed. - He was always on time and made sure to get to the lodges at the time we requested. John was so knowledgeable and with his expertise bound to find the animals anywhere! He was fun and made us smile the entire trip and service minded always making sure we were feeling good and well fed! John was also very quick to respond to the issues we had and made sure it was resolved quickly. Making sure to be quick and communicating things quickly between the office and the lodges when there was an issue.
