Disappointing Experience After a Week of Visits We spent a week on Zanzibar, visiting Kibanda Beach Club daily. We rented sunbeds for $20 per day for two people and spent at least $50 every day on food and drinks from their bar. Initially, the service seemed fine, and the place felt cozy.
However, just before New Year’s Eve, our experience was completely ruined by an extremely unpleasant situation. An Italian woman, presumably the manager, rudely refused us further access to the club, claiming that she now had many hotel guests who took priority. This was delivered without any apologies or expressions of regret. To make matters worse, at the time of this conversation, at least 70% of the sunbeds were still vacant, making her explanation seem not only rude but completely unnecessary.
We were shocked by this attitude. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here, and loyal clients who have supported the business for days are not valued.

If you come to this part of the world and don’t stop by Kibanda Beach Club for a drink, a meal, or a sunset, you’re doing yourself an injustice!
The service is outstanding .. Henry, the bartender, makes cocktails with a welcoming smile, and Helen and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more attentive. The people here truly make the experience.
There’s plenty of comfortable seating, sunbeds, and photo-worthy backdrops, and the sunset views are absolutely breathtaking one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world.
Kibanda Beach Club delivers the perfect mix of great atmosphere, warm service, and amazing value. A must-visit...

It's a shame, and I would very much recommend a minimum spend per lounger instead of taking people's money for nothing. That case,...
