I was in the middle of my meal when a staff member suddenly asked me to give up my seat for newly arrived customers. Honestly, I didnโ€™t want to move, but they had the new guests standing right next to me while asking, so it felt like I was being forced out of my seat. It was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. In a normal restaurant, if they ever ask a customer to switch seats, they usually do it quietly and before the customer starts eatingโ€”not halfway through the meal. I had to carry my own dishes to another table, which was ridiculous. The food definitely wasnโ€™t good enough to make up for such a rude experience. On top of that, the prices are higher than most places in the area. Even when I went to pay, the staff banged on the register while ringing me up. If I wanted to be treated like that, I shouldโ€™ve just gone to a hotel restaurant instead. This just confirmed that I should stop trusting restaurants that are overly praised by Korean reviewers. There are plenty of places with better food and far better...

I don't think it deserves a 5* like "a Google user" says but..... Nice place. Good Khao Soi. I wandered past this place and it looked nice so I decided to give it a try. They were a little slow taking my order but it went rapidy uphill from there. I ordered Khao Soi (60 Baht) and a large Chang for 80 Baht. The Chang was delivered very quickly and in a "condom" i.e. a cooler which was a nice touch. The wifi was free and reliable. The Khao Soi was very good. I really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere and good background music. I then spotted a sign for a toilet (which I didn't use so I can't tell you how clean it was but given the cleanliness of the restaurant I think it would have been clean). I also spotted a sign saying no smoking. Very nice to see when you want a bite to eat. So, on balance, a good place. Nice to see quite a few Thai's there too. Always a good sign to see locals at...

Probably the biggest disappointment I experienced in Thailand. We were attracted by the good reviews but quickly regretted it. You order the food yourself, there is little space in the restaurant. This did not affect our rating, however we waited an hour for our food.... While it is true that the restaurant states that the food is prepared by hand by one cook, this does not explain why three other tables that ordered food after us received it before us (including one ordering similar dishes). In the meantime, the waiter did not even serve drinks for an hour. I have the impression that they got the order sequence wrong, but they should at least have offered water, or apologised for such a situation. The food itself was average, nothing stood out, while half of the crispy chicken ordered by Wife was inedible (hard as stone). The prices were low, but that doesn't save the...

The food was absolutely delicious by account of the 2 of us. I had the veggie cashew stirfry with jasmine rice and he had egg fried rice with Thai omelette and garlic bread. Couldn't give 5 stars as we were left sitting for a while before we were acknowledged for our order. Also, they didn't subtract money off the egg fried rice as we just upgraded the plain rice and mine was slightly overcharged too. Definitely will be going back for more though as it was extremely good and good prices still too!
