Disappointing Valentine’s Dinner Experience

I had high expectations for my Valentine’s dinner at your restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

I had made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, the staff could not find my booking. It took some time before we were finally seated. The staff assured us that we would receive a welcome drink before the courses started, but after waiting for 30 minutes, nothing had been served—not even the welcome drink. I had to follow up with the staff, who then went to check with the kitchen.

After that, we only received two dishes (amuse-bouche and starter) out of the five-course meal we had booked. Once we finished the starter, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the next course, but nothing arrived. Feeling frustrated, I called the staff again to check on our food, but despite their efforts, we still did not receive anything. At that point, my partner and I decided to cancel the remaining courses and requested to pay only for what we had received.

Even after requesting the bill, it took a while for the staff to process it, and in the end, we were charged 500 THB for just the two dishes we had.

I am incredibly disappointed because I had expected a special and enjoyable evening, but instead, I wasted over an hour waiting, only to receive an incomplete meal. If the restaurant was not fully prepared to execute this set menu properly, it should not have been offered. What was supposed to be a romantic and memorable Valentine’s dinner turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service to ensure that other customers do not face...

14 Feb the Valentines They forgot to confirm another Valentines table as we came they said I did not reserve for Valentines course which not not a way to start my dating on 14 Feb clearly I did reserve for that

And surprisingly They served the main course before the appetizer and found out later we thought it was the starter.

Waiters failed to explain the food when we asked, also not remembering where our table was at. And forgot again that my gf asked for mosquitoe spay she asked for 3 times to get it

Not enough attentive staffs. There were like 7-8 of them They stood far away in front of the kitchen I waved like 10. minutes no one saw actually I gave up and waited

And yes it kept going They forgot to serve the dessert, until 15 min later and found out I had to tell them where was out dessert

Literally my date night was ruined it was a our date and ruined

Lucky this wasn't very first date where first impression is a big deal who else want to not impress a person they are dating with but only to find it like this?

Someone could literally break up that night for not meeting partner expectations?

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Our friend Mena sent us a link to this place and invited us to give it a try here and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and loved the 3 ways they cooked the meat and the different marinates that were on the meat. The red wine they offered us as a selection was perfect for the meat we ate here and the desert was also very nice. The chef was very friendly too and came and checked in on us to ask if we enjoyed the meal. I would say overall this was a great food experience and will be back.
