Chai Restaurant — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

It was Friday night and I was super tired after 24h trip going to my hotel take a rest. I've heard a live music that I've just couldn't ignore. I came in to Chai Restaurant. I've already enjoyed the vibe of the place, good atmosphere, the design, the small details. The menu is quite rich, the drink list impressed. I've ordered local special Boulevardier and I wasn't disappointed. Although I needed to wait firstly around 10 for taki g the order and then 15 min for getting the drink it was worth. Drink came with a 5x5cm cube of ice like in the good cocktails bar what makes that drink is not getting watery very fast as the cube takes its time to dissolves. Good vintage bar with a great atmosphere and even better location.

However, I took some negative things away. The chairs and tables outside are poorly designed. All of the entrances to the bar are blocked, some of the chairs are broken or have no backs and our table was half on the road with a barrier going over it...

Additionally, I ordered a pork dish where the food came out raw and pink. Raw pork is a sure way to get salmonella. Very dangerous practice indeed. Not only that but there were nails sticking out of the wall behind our table and as I Stood up it caught me on my back, ripping my t shirt. Some changes need to be made to this place. It is my firm belief that Google should offer it’s users the ability to rate a location ten stars at least once a year, because that is exactly how many stars i would give ไชย เรสเตอรอง Chai Restaurant. If I could give it eleven stars I would. Hell, you don’t want to know what I would do with twelve stars. The ambiance and atmosphere that has been carefully crafted is bar none. We experienced some seriously decent food and absolutely breathtaking live music. Please please visit ไชย เรสเตอรอง Chai Restaurant if you want the proper Chiang Mai experience.
