Read moreA disappointing experience, rude staff and requests not met. My family and I booked a table here to celebrate my birthday. We ordered our food and asked individually for our meals to not be spicy. After an incredibly long wait for our food to be served (which left some people finishing their meal before others could even start) we found a few of our meals to be incredibly spicy to the point that the food could not be eaten. The dishes included Pasta, Massaman curry and Thai green curry. I’m no stranger to spice but they really took it to another level in these dishes, especially considering we asked for no spice. We did not complain as the food itself was very tasty if you could get past the spice. Following on from this we felt very rushed to eat our meals and pay up. The staff were very pushy and were pressuring us to pay up whilst we were still eating. They were packing everything up around us and removing things off our table before we could even say we were finished. This table was pre booked for 9pm, if you are not prepared to serve later than this then don’t accept the booking in the first place! And don’t even get me starter on how overpriced everything was. On the plus side the atmosphere is great and the restaurant itself is very pretty ! The deserts were delicious ! Just a shame to have a bad...
Read moreA restaurant that impress everybody with delicious foods with great taste and 15 years experience, that's what your brochure says and I used to tell all my friends until this week. It all started about 8 years ago when my wife and I 1st came to Chiang Mai and it was right around our wedding anniversary. Because of the unique name and the great reviews we went to you restaurant and needless to say we had a great anniversary dinner. It became a tradition every year, for our anniversary we would go to your restaurant for dinner. But last week for the 1st time we were very disappointed. I ordered a simple dish chicken with cashew and my wife ordered ordered a simple seafood dish. My dinner did not taste like chicken with cashew nuts the pieces of chicken normally looked like quality pieces of chicken but this time it actually looked like table scraps and did notchave a good flavor to the point I was not able to finish it. Pat, my wife said her dish did not have the crispy taste to it as it seem like it was for lack of better word mushy. It was not your usual meals we were accustomed to my wife said when we left the restaurant that it is now off our list. This is not a nasty post but a corrected criticism with helpful information for you correction. We had been coming there every year for 8 years less one year...
