I planned to stay here 4 nights but after the 2nd night I cancelled the remaining days and went to another hotel.||They gave me room 411, which was next to the technical room of that floor, so each hour or something you can hear some machines or motors start running.||Lets start with the room: the mattress on the bed is super hard, after the 1th night I had pain in my back. The room has no direct daylight as the windows are colored glass. The 2th day I woke up and the bathroom smelled very dirty but there was no window to open it. When I wanted to took a shower, there was only cold water. ||Later that day I returned at 18h and wanted to take a shower, but then there was no water at all. So no shower nor toilet. The lady at the reception desk told me the technician was going to handle it in 10 minutes. 3 hours after she told this, there was still no water. In those 3 hours I heard multiple causes (broken pomp, broken boiler, no incoming water). ||That was it for me, I needed a shower so I decided to cancel my remaining nights and went to another hotel.||I advise you to not take this hotel. It might look good on the pictures but go only there if you want pain in your back, no fresh air or light in the room, a smelly bathroom and no water to shower or to go to the toilet.||||Also, next to this hotel they are building a new hotel which means from 7 AM till 7 PM noise form the construction side.||||The only good thins about the hotel: cleaning staff did a good job on a daily base and the lady at the reception...

We had the largest room which was pretty okay, lot of room to install but extremely hard mattress that left us aching every single morning, had a lot of noise from the street which, fair since it was around the new year's. The bathroom was just okay too, big shower but there was a horrid smell all around, I think it might've been because water went everywhere on the floor because there was no shower curtain or door, thus causing mold. The hot water also never gets hot, just lukewarm. Location is pretty good though, walking distance from all the important landmarks, good restaurants and laundromats but know the street is very busy and loud at any time of the day. Pool was absolutely frigid at all times as the sunlight never enters the inner courtyard as well as there being birds bathing and their feathers in the pool sometimes. Finally I have to say the reception service is something they could work on, between the absence of any staff (sometimes even in the middle of the day) to them not understanding even a word of English, we felt we weren't really understood. The man present in the evening was very helpful though, placing another wi-fi router closer to the room as the regular one was incredibly slow. Overall good for a short trip if you want to be in the city center but don't...

I have never written any reviews because i believe that individual experiences can be different between people. However I was really really disappointed and shocked. Hopefully no one gets the same experience I had.
In the room I booked, toilet kept making a reall big beep sounds. Very loud and non stop. It was the first night and I just checked in 8 pm. The manager did not even want to talk to me on the phone. (When I arrived, she never say hi or smile. Also difficult to communicate with). The lady who works came to the room said I have only 2 options: partly refund or stay upgrade room for a night and come back to this room. It was almost blackmail me. No choices. I asked full refund then after long coversation with her manager, they can do full refund right now then asked me to leave right away. It was 11 at night. I just arrived and did not know anything. She said I can easily find another places so its not a problem. Of course no apology.
I stay one night (only because its late night) as soon as the sun comes up, I will move to another place.I am sure anything can be...
